Warm hospitality, but needs fixing

The staff was extremely friendly, greeting us every morning with a smile and delicious breakfast options. It felt like a home away from home during our stay!

However, we encountered some issues with the room's cleanliness and malfunctioning amenities that made our experience less enjoyable. The shower's drainage needed attention urgently.

We really enjoyed the good breakfast and the cozy Double Room with Two Double Beds during our one-night stay. The kids loved the indoor pool and the jacuzzi, which were great for relaxing. Just a heads up, the pillows were a bit too firm for my taste, but we had a wonderful time overall! 😊

The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Vanessa who went above and beyond for us. The breakfast offered a delightful variety and was freshly prepared. Our room felt tidy and inviting, with a comfortable atmosphere. The proximity to Boston's gourmet pizza was a big plus, making it easy for us to grab dinner after a long day.

However, the noise level in the hallway was a bit disruptive during nighttime.

I recently stayed here and absolutely loved the warm breakfast with a great selection and the comfy beds that allowed for a good night's sleep. The cleanliness really stood out as well. I’d definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Little Rock-Airport. The staff was exceptional, especially Vanessa, who brightened our mornings with her friendly attitude and great breakfast service. This hotel is conveniently close to the airport and has friendly staff. The room was comfortable, though a bit dated. Unfortunately, the cold indoor pool was a letdown, and breakfast options were limited. Overall, it met my needs for a short stay, but there are areas for improvement.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I must highlight the exceptional service we received, especially from Vanessa. She truly went above and beyond to make our breakfast experience enjoyable, even reassuring my child during a tough time. The breakfast included a variety of hot options like biscuits and eggs, and the room was clean and well organized. However, the pool could be a bit warmer for comfort.

We had a pleasant stay with the family, especially with our two dogs. The location is fantastic for getting to the nearby Pinnacle Mountain State Park for a fun hike. Breakfast was a hit with plenty of hot options, and the staff made us feel welcome.

In my wife’s opinion, the indoor pool could be warmer for the kids to enjoy more. A little extra attention to temperature would improve the experience.
